Year-round Fun SINCE 1959

Camp Sol R. Crown spans 146 acres of wooded hills, open areas, and serene campsites, making it an ideal destination for weekend camping. Located just over the border near Wilmot, Wisconsin, it has been a favorite spot for generations of Northeast Illinois Scouts.

Scouts come to Camp Crown for campouts, Klondike derbies, leadership training, and unforgettable adventure days. With cabins, campsites, activity areas, and training facilities, the camp is ready for year-round fun. Just minutes from Wilmot Ski Mountain, Silver Lake Park, the Fox River, and the Des Plaines River Trail, it’s the perfect base for outdoor exploration and off-campus adventures. Camp Crown isn’t just a place—it’s where memories, skills, and friendships come alive.
